Do not be deceived by false gospels, heed this warning from the Bible:
Galatians 1:8-9 says, “8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 9 As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.”
2 Corinthians 11:14-15, “14 And no marvel; for satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. 15 Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.”
Is Muhammad not a man, and “Gabriel” not an Angel? And their works have led those away from true salvation through Christ Jesus.
Jesus the Christ said: “I am the Way, the Truth, and the Life: No one comes to the Father, except through Me.”
-John 14:6
There is no way to the Father, there is no way to heaven, except through Christ Jesus, He is the Narrow Gate.
-Matthew 7:13-14
Jesus says things regarding Himself that only God can claim, for example,
in Isaiah 44:6 (Tanakh) God says,
“Thus says YHWH (the Lord), the King of Israel,
And his Redeemer, YHWH (the Lord) of hosts:
‘I am the First and I am the Last;
Besides Me there is no Elohim (God).
and in Jesus says in Revelation 1:17-18 (New Testament)
"17 And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, “Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. 18 I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death.
And another example, “Who can forgive sins?”
Psalms 51:4 (Tanakh) says this,
“Against You, You only, have I sinned,
And done this evil in Your sight—
That You may be found just when You speak,
And blameless when You judge.”
And in the book you consider holy it says this in
Surah Al-Imran Ayat 135 (Surah 3:135 | Quran) (Sahih International Translation)
“And those who, when they commit an immorality or wrong themselves [by transgression], remember Allah and seek forgiveness for their sins – and who can forgive sins except Allah? – and [who] do not persist in what they have done while they know.”
Yet Jesus says in
Mark 2:5-12 (New Testament)
"5 When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven you.”
6 And some of the scribes were sitting there and reasoning in their hearts, 7 “Why does this Man speak blasphemies like this? Who can forgive sins but God alone?”
8 But immediately, when Jesus perceived in His spirit that they reasoned thus within themselves, He said to them, “Why do you reason about these things in your hearts? 9 Which is easier, to say to the paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Arise, take up your bed and walk’? 10 But that you may know that the Son of Man has power on earth to forgive sins”—He said to the paralytic, 11 “I say to you, arise, take up your bed, and go to your house.” 12 Immediately he arose, took up the bed, and went out in the presence of them all, so that all were amazed and glorified God, saying, “We never saw anything like this!”
And this as well, “Does God share His glory?”
God says this in
Isaiah 42:8(Tanakh)
“I am YHWH (the Lord), that is My name;
And My glory I will not give to another,
Nor My praise to carved images.”
Yet Jesus says this in
John 17:5
“And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.”
Therefore if God does not share His glory, but Christ Jesus says that He had glory with the Father before the world was, then Jesus must also be God. As Christ Jesus also said, “I and My Father are one.” (John 10:30 | New Testament).
