The Kaaba is Islam’s holiest site, the center of Muslim worship, and the most important destination of the Hajj (pilgrimage to Mecca). Yet the Prophet Muhammad himself told his followers that someone would eventually destroy the Kaaba, stone by stone. Muhammad even described the person’s appearance and nationality! Consider two hadiths:
Sahih al-Bukhari 1595: Narrated Ibn Abbas: The Prophet said, “As if I am looking at him, a black person with thin legs plucking out the stones of the Ka’bah one after another.”
Sahih al-Bukhari 1596: Narrated Abu Hurairah: Allah’s Messenger said, “Dhus-Suwaiqatain (the thin-legged man) from Ethiopia will demolish the Ka’bah.”
As we can see, according to Muhammad, the Kaaba (Ka’bah, or Ka’ba) will be destroyed by a thin-legged black Ethiopian. David Wood of Acts 17 Apologetics discusses the implications of Muhammad’s claims.

He was among the companions of our beloved Prophet Muhammad ﷺ and probably a companion that every single Muslim’s have heart for. The Azaan the call to prayer from the mosque you hear was first ever given by Bilal ibn Rabah al Habshi RA.
